By commissioning me, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.
All commissions are for digital artwork only and are not intended for NFT or AI use.Commission InformationCommissions are delivered digitally (PNG format unless otherwise agreed).
Clients are responsible for providing clear written references—including character details, poses, and expressions—to ensure satisfaction with the final result.
Pricing may vary depending on complexity, purpose (personal or commercial), and deadlines.PaymentPayment must be made in full before work begins via the platform’s built-in payment system (e.g. VGen, Ko-fi, or PayPal for direct clients).
Installment plans are only available for commissions valued at $2000 or more.
Ownership transfers to the client only after full payment has been received.RevisionsMajor revisions are allowed only during the initial and clean sketch stages.
Once the clean sketch is approved, only minor adjustments may be requested.
Significant changes after colouring or rendering will incur a revision fee.
Please review each update carefully before approving the next stage.Alternative VersionsIf you wish to order alternative versions of your artwork (e.g. different hairstyles, outfits, or backgrounds), please inform me before work begins so I can prepare the layers accordingly.
Requests made after the artwork is completed cannot be accepted, as layers will already have been merged.Updates & DeliveryProgress updates are usually sent within a few days to a week or more, depending on complexity and stage of progress.
Please avoid sending repeated reminders; I always aim to deliver work promptly without compromising on quality.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.CommunicationAll communication must take place through the platform’s messaging system (e.g. VGen messages, DeviantArt notes, or email).
Please communicate in written form only. Written messages help maintain clarity and allow me to organise client references properly.
Voice messages, screen recordings, or calls are not accepted.
All references are deleted two months after the commission is completed to protect client privacy.Refunds & CancellationsRefunds are not permitted once payment has been received, except in rare cases where I must cancel due to emergency or unavailability.Disliking the finished artwork or changing your mind after payment is not a valid reason for a refund.Intellectual PropertyAll commissioned artworks are protected under copyright law.
Clients may share or display their commission with proper credit to Vanity Celerio.
Commercial use, resale, reproduction, editing, or NFT/AI usage is strictly prohibited without written permission.Conduct & Cancellation RightsI reserve the right to refuse or cancel commissions due to poor communication, inappropriate behaviour, or violation of these terms.
I also reserve the right to cancel work in cases of illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances.DisclaimerBy commissioning me, you acknowledge that these terms are subject to updates and modifications as necessary.
